This is the primary deliverable for portal and website upload.

Export 4K version if requested by agent

Only if specified in brief. Confirm portal supports 4K before exporting.

Export 9:16 vertical cut for Instagram Reels and TikTok

60-90 seconds. If included in package.

Export 1:1 square cut for Instagram feed posts

If requested. Less common than 9:16 but some agents prefer it.

Export 60-second highlight cut if separate from main video

Export audio-free version if agent needs music-free for portal upload

Some portals strip audio anyway. Saves re-exporting later if they ask.

Confirm all contracted deliverables are exported before moving on

Every delivery. Not a scrub.

Check the first 5 seconds — most common place for encoding errors

Check the final 5 seconds play cleanly without corruption or abrupt cut

Verify colour grade is consistent across all rooms

Interior to exterior transitions are a common grading issue.

Check audio: music not clipping, levels consistent throughout

Verify any text or title cards are spelled correctly

Property address, agent name, phone number — triple check.

Check music is not auto-flagged for copyright if agent is uploading to YouTube or Instagram

Test with a private upload if unsure.

Check stabilisation and any gimbal moves look smooth on a large screen

Jitter that looks fine on a phone is obvious on desktop.

Confirm resolution and aspect ratio match what was agreed

Confirm whether agent wants branded or unbranded version

Clarify at booking — do not add branding unless requested.

Check agent logo and branding assets are current and correct

Logos change. Always use the version the agent provided for this job.

Verify agent's contact details on any lower thirds or end cards are correct

Phone number, email, website. Any error here damages the agent's trust.

Confirm property address shown in video is correct

Check any agency tagline or legal text is accurate

Remove any test titles, placeholder text, or work-in-progress graphics

Upload video to your delivery platform

Never send files via email attachment — use a delivery link.

Label the delivery clearly with property address and date

Set an expiry date that gives the agent enough time to download

Real estate agents often download immediately. 7-14 days is fine.

Test the download link yourself before sending to the agent

Open in a private browser. Confirm the file downloads and plays.

Confirm file sizes are visible so agent knows what they are downloading

Copy the delivery link to your project tracker for reference

Send delivery email from your business email address

Include the property address in the email subject line

Agents handle multiple properties — make it immediately clear which job this is.

Include the download link prominently at the top of the email body

List every deliverable clearly — one line per file

Main video, vertical cut, square cut — confirm what is included.

State the link expiry date

Include instructions for each platform if delivering multiple formats

Main video for portal, vertical for Instagram — brief and clear.

Ask agent to confirm receipt and download

A quick reply confirming they have the files closes the loop.

Back up final exported files to external storage

Archive the project file with correct media links

In case of revision requests. Saves hours to have it organised.

Mark the job as delivered in your project tracker or CRM

Invoice any outstanding balance and confirm payment

Follow up if the agent has not confirmed receipt within 24 hours

Ask agent for a Google review or testimonial once property is live

Best time to ask is when the listing goes live and they are happy.

Save agent's branding assets and preferences for future shoots
