What is a client portal?
It’s a dedicated branded workspace where a client can find all deliveries for their project.
How long do delivery links stay live?
Starter gives clients 30 days to download and review. Pro keeps links available much longer (365 days).
Do clients need an account to download?
No. Clients open the link and download without signing in.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and a card is required to activate it. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not happy for any reason, email khulanwar@trunktransfer.com and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
Can I customize my delivery link?
Yes, on Pro. Instead of a random string like trunktransfer.com/d/x7j2k9, you can set your own slug, like trunktransfer.com/d/nike-shoes. Available on transfers, client portals, and file request links, and works with a custom domain too.
