FOOTAGE AND COPYRIGHT All footage captured by the second shooter on the wedding day is hereby assigned in full to the lead videographer upon delivery. The second shooter waives all rights to the footage, including the right to use it in their own portfolio, showreel, or marketing materials, unless explicit written permission is granted by the lead videographer.

PORTFOLIO USE [CHOOSE ONE] Option A — Not permitted: The second shooter may not use any footage from this wedding publicly without prior written consent from the lead videographer.
