Property video turnaround agreement.

A short, plain-English agreement covering delivery timelines, revisions, rush fees, property readiness, and cancellation terms. Built for the fast-turnaround realities of real estate video. No signup required.

This template is a starting point, not legal advice. Replace all bracketed placeholders before sending. Review cancellation and liability clauses with a professional if in doubt.

Section 1

Parties and project

Agreement details

PROPERTY VIDEO TURNAROUND AGREEMENT This agreement is between: Videographer: [Your Full Name], trading as [Your Business Name] Email: [Your Email] Phone: [Your Phone] Agent / Client: [Agent Full Name] Agency: [Agency Name] Email: [Agent Email] Property address: [Full address] Shoot date: [Date] Shoot time: [Time]

Fill in all details before sending. Both parties should keep a copy.

Section 2

Delivery timeline

Standard delivery

DELIVERY TIMELINE Standard delivery: Finished video(s) delivered by [e.g. 5pm on the day following the shoot]. Delivery method: Download link sent to [agent email address] via [your delivery platform]. Deliverables included: - [e.g. Main property video — 60-90 seconds — MP4 1080p] - [e.g. Vertical cut — 9:16 — MP4 1080p] - [e.g. Aerial footage — separate file] Download links expire [X] days after delivery. The agent is responsible for downloading and backing up all files within this period.

Be specific about the exact delivery deadline. 'Next day' is ambiguous — '5pm the following business day' is not.

Delays caused by the videographer

VIDEOGRAPHER-CAUSED DELAYS If the videographer is unable to deliver within the agreed timeline due to technical issues, illness, or other circumstances, the videographer will notify the agent as soon as possible and agree a revised delivery time. If delivery is delayed by more than [24 hours] beyond the agreed deadline due to the videographer's fault, the agent may request a partial refund of [X]% of the total fee per day of delay, up to a maximum of [X]% of the total fee.

Delays caused by the agent or vendor

AGENT-CAUSED DELAYS If delivery is delayed because the agent or vendor failed to provide required materials (e.g. branding assets, title card text, or written instructions) within [X] hours of the shoot, the standard delivery deadline will be extended by the corresponding delay period, with no penalty to the videographer.
Section 3

Revisions

Included revisions

REVISIONS This agreement includes [1] round of revisions. A revision is defined as: minor edits submitted as a single consolidated list, including music changes, clip removal or reordering, minor colour or brightness adjustments, and title card text corrections. Revision requests must be submitted within [48 hours] of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may be treated as a new job. The revised video will be delivered within [X hours / 1 business day] of receiving the revision request.

Additional revisions

ADDITIONAL REVISIONS Additional revision rounds beyond the one included are charged at [Currency][Amount] per round, invoiced separately and paid before work begins. The following are NOT covered by the included revision and will be quoted separately: - Re-shooting any footage - Adding or replacing drone footage - Significant structural changes to the edit - Changes required due to inaccurate information provided before the shoot (e.g. incorrect address, missing features)

Defining what a revision is — and is not — prevents the most common source of disputes in real estate video production.

Section 4

Rush delivery

Rush fee

RUSH DELIVERY Same-day delivery (within [X] hours of the shoot): [Currency][Amount] rush surcharge in addition to the standard fee. Rush delivery is subject to availability. The videographer will confirm at the time of booking whether same-day delivery is possible for the requested shoot date. Rush delivery does not change the revision policy — [1] revision round is still included, with the revised delivery due within [X hours] of the revision request.

Rush fees are standard practice and protect you from same-day jobs consuming your capacity without fair compensation.

Section 5

Property readiness

Shoot-ready requirements

PROPERTY READINESS The agent or vendor is responsible for ensuring the property is shoot-ready on arrival. This includes: - Property is clean and free from visible clutter - All lights are working and turned on - All blinds and curtains are open in rooms to be filmed - Personal items (photos, paperwork, toiletries) are removed from view - Bins are moved from the exterior - Cars are removed from the front driveway where possible The videographer will send a pre-shoot prep note [48 hours] before the shoot.

Property not shoot-ready

IF PROPERTY IS NOT SHOOT-READY If the videographer arrives and the property is not in a shoot-ready condition due to the agent or vendor's failure to prepare: Option A (minor issues): The videographer will spend up to [15 minutes] assisting with minor preparation at no additional charge. If the shoot can proceed, the standard delivery timeline applies. Option B (significant issues): If the property cannot be shot to a professional standard due to the condition of the property, the videographer may: 1. Reschedule the shoot — a re-shoot fee of [Currency][Amount] applies, OR 2. Proceed with the shoot under documented objection — the videographer accepts no responsibility for reduced video quality due to property condition. The videographer will document the property condition on arrival with photographs and notify the agent immediately.

This clause protects you when you arrive and the property is clearly not prepared. Without it, you have no basis to charge for a wasted trip.

Section 6

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION Cancellation with more than [48 hours] notice: no charge. Cancellation with [24-48 hours] notice: [Currency][Amount] or [X]% of the total fee. Cancellation with less than [24 hours] notice: Full fee applies. Cancellation on the day (within [X] hours of the shoot): Full fee applies. All cancellations must be made by email or phone. The time of receipt of the cancellation notice determines which policy applies. The videographer may also cancel in the event of: extreme weather that makes safe shooting impossible; illness; or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. In such cases, the videographer will give as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at no extra charge.

Rescheduling

RESCHEDULING Rescheduling with more than [48 hours] notice: no charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than [48 hours] notice: a rescheduling fee of [Currency][Amount] applies to cover time reserved for the original shoot.
Section 7

Signatures

Agreement and signatures

AGREEMENT By signing below (or confirming acceptance by email), both parties confirm they have read and agreed to the terms of this agreement. Videographer: ________________________________ Date: ____________ Printed name: [Your Name] Agent / Client: ________________________________ Date: ____________ Printed name: ________________________________ For email acceptance: A reply email from the agent confirming "I agree to the terms of this turnaround agreement for [property address] on [date]" constitutes a valid acceptance of this agreement.

Email acceptance is legally valid in most jurisdictions and is faster for real estate workflows where physical signatures are impractical.
