PROPERTY READINESS The agent or vendor is responsible for ensuring the property is shoot-ready on arrival. This includes: property cleaned and decluttered, all lights working and turned on, blinds and curtains open, and personal items removed from view. If the property is not shoot-ready on arrival and a reschedule is required, a re-shoot fee of [Currency][Amount] will be charged.
